مجزرة الأقلام.. "بلا حدود" تناشد السعودية الإفراج عن 30 صحفيا

طالبت منظمة "مراسلون بلا حدود" السلطات السعودية بالإفراج عن ثلاثين صحفيا تقول المنظمة إنهم يقبعون وراء القضبان.

وقالت في بيان إن السعودية بعد أن كانت معزولة -خلال القمة السابقة التي عقدت بعد اغتيال جمال خاشقجي- ستتسلم رئاسة مجموعة العشرين نهاية يونيو/حزيران الجاري في أوساكا باليابان.

وأضافت أن عليها -وهي تعود إلى الساحة الدبلوماسية- أن تفرج عن الصحفيين المسجونين لديها.

وتحتل السعودية المرتبة 172 في ذيل قائمة من 180 دولة تحترم فيها حرية الصحافة، حسب "مراسلون بلا حدود".

وفي وقت سابق، قالت المنظمة إن السعودية تسجل ارتفاعا مستمرا في الانتهاكات المرتكبة ضد الصحفيين منذ تعيين الأمير محمد بن سلمان وليا للعهد، وإن التغيير الجذري للسلطات وحده كفيل بإيقاف هذا التوجه السلبي.
