قالت مصادر أمنية وطبية إن شخصين قتلا وأصيب آخرون إثر انفجار وقع بعد ظهر اليوم الاثنين وسط العاصمة المصرية القاهرة.

وقال المتحدث باسم وزارة الصحة والسكان إن شخصين قتلا وأصيب تسعة آخرون بينهم سبعة من
رجال الشرطة في انفجار وقع اليوم الاثنين أمام دار القضاء العالي، وهي مجمع للمحاكم وسط القاهرة.

وقال حسام عبد الغفار لرويترز إن هناك أربعة ضباط بين المصابين التسعة. وكان الانفجار أسفر عن إصابة 11 شخصا توفي اثنان منهم متأثرين بإصابات بالغة لحقت بهما.

وأوضحت المصادر الأمنية أن القنبلة وضعت قرب محطة المترو أمام دار القضاء العالي، حيث تتمركز قوة حراسة من الشرطة. وذكر التلفزيون الرسمي أن القنبلة وضعت أسفل نافذة مكتب النائب العام هشام بركات، وتم تفجيرها عن بعد.

وسبق أن وقع انفجار أمام دار القضاء العالي في أكتوبر/تشرين الأول الماضي وأسفر عن سقوط 12 جريحا.

وتعد منطقة وسط القاهرة أشد المناطق ازدحاما في العاصمة المصرية، كونها منطقة تسوق، وبها العديد من الوزارات والمؤسسات الحكومية.

يذكر أن تفجير اليوم هو الثاني خلال 24 ساعة، فقد قتل مدنيان وأصيب خمسة آخرون -بينهم شرطي- في انفجار وقع قرب قسم شرطة في مدينة أسوان (جنوب مصر).
