بسرعة بلغت 149 كيلومترا في الساعة، ضربت عاصفة بريطانيا ودولا أخرى في شمال أوروبا، وامتدت آثارها لجزيرة كورسيكا الفرنسية بالبحر المتوسط، وتسببت في هطول أمطار غزيرة وهبوط رياح ثلجية قوية، مخلفة مقتل عدد من الأفراد وتعطيلا كبيرا لحركة النقل بالمطارات والموانئ ومحطات القطار، فضلا عن قطع التيار الكهربائي وإغلاق جسور.
